Why does exam 2 have to be weighted twice as much?

I thought that both exams are 1/3 of your SS?

I'd be over the moon with 44, don't think i could get 44 this year cos it was an easier exam though?

if it is the easiest spech exam ever written by the vcaa, you are still looking at a 41-42 considering scenario 1. although, many people have said that although this years exams may have been more doable than some, even easier ones still exist. Therefore, i stand by the 44 i said before although, now that i think about it, a 43 is also possible.

so what im trying to say is, youll get between 41-44 raw for spech it scales very well, so it doesnt really matter all that much.

because oglow's score can be 35/40, 75/80 or 35/40, 74/80 or 34/40, 75/80 while yours are 34/40, 74/80

Wow, so 1 or 2 marks in the exam can be worth 1 or 2 study scores? That's crazy! Is it only like this for spesh? For all my other subjects, I can lose about 15-20 marks and still get a 40 raw.
