Which of these resources are most useful for Unit 3/4 English Language?

David Crystal's ' The English Language'
                       ' How Language Works'
' The Cambridge Encyclopedia of English Language'

Thankyou!

all of them. how language works has some good examples in it and should be good for revision.
the encyclopedia is a good reference - i used it in 3/4
don't know about the english language, but p.much everything by crystal is worth reading.

Thanks for the reply, I'm only considering getting one. I was wondering if anyone know where to buy Hannah Gould's VCE Unit 3/4 English Language summary notes?

Thanks,
