You can buy them off here: Estore
Still on ATARNOTES though it'll be online payment.

The other store I know that doesn't include ATARNOTES itself is JP Books.
JP Books - Atarnotes

Address is:

5 Redfern Road
East Hawthorn
3123
Victoria, Australia

Oh you live in Scoresby... that's pretty far away... I think you can do a meetup with someone? I'm not too sure about this but you might want to talk to Ninwa
I think when they were selling them at the start she was meeting people at the Glen Library?

Academic and General sell them too in the city, Swanston Street.

The ATARNotes office in Collins St also has copies.

Hey when is the 2013 copy coming out? Is it just the unit 3+4 combined plus additional things?

Yup, it's the 3/4 book combined. Adding a couple more tests, plus some exercises in calculations, because I think it's really really really important to be able to do these calculations repeatedly so that it becomes instinctive to you. Will also include an exercise that guides you through the thinking process for a question.

I'll also include a section on significant figures.

Should be coming out in...Feb-March? Most likely before March.

If only VCAA release their damned exam specs for next year's chem exam. They're a month late!

Hey chemderp,
Would it make much difference if I used the 2012 Atar Notes study guide for 2013's 3/4? I know its a different study design, but I only have access to the 2012 one.   Secondly, how should I go about using this Atar Notes study guide? (Am I meant to utilise it throughout the year like checkpoints? or read it up during the summer holidays). Thanks!

Hey man,

Would be OK I think. Ideal if you can use the 2013 guide though because I'm putting extra material there and some guided exercises, and the exams will be in the new format.

It should be used throughout the year. The exercises should be done within your study, the tests after you finish the topic. The first test should be done once you've got a basic understanding of the concept. Once you read and dissect the detailed solutions, and revise the topic and get a deeper understanding, then you should attempt the harder test(s).

I see, thanks for replying... but how would you be able to use Atar Notes and possibly other resources like the A+ books or Checkpoints at the same time? Wouldn't it be a bit much?
