It's not racist at all, although I find it a little mean, like Djokovic impersonating other players' on court attitude and serving routines are fine, because it's not "having a go at them" - but this is mean though, trying to make a joke out of how someone else looks.

If anything, it's just an issue with Serena Williams rather than a racism issue.
