chances of getting into my course

I want to do engineering/commerce at monash. the clearly in atar is 93.65, i got 91.55. I applied for three categories for seas: under represented school, medical condition and financial situation. I also got into the vice chancellor's access monash scholars program. Which guarantees me a place if i get the right atar. What are my chances of getting into the course?

I believe you answered it yourself, the access monash scholar thing indicates that you fulfilled the required preq (financial circumstances and academic achievement) for a guaranteed place in your chosen course.  You're guaranteed to get into any course as long as you achieved an atar over 90. So in your case, you will get into it 100% as long as its your first pref.

Of course, there are some exceptions like law courses(above 94 instead) and med courses(guaranteed an interview?). But doesn't really matter in your situation.

so if i chose to do biomed which is 93 i could get in then?

Yep! Pretty much all the courses as long as they don't fall under the exceptions.
