I'm not sure that any one of the determinants of health are the most influential in isolation. Do you have a particular set of circumstances in which you have to choose the most dominant determinant or are you talking in more holistic and general terms?

Oxford comma, Garamond, Avett Brothers, Orla Gartland enthusiast.

I have seen a question that asks which one is the most influential

is the most influential biological ??

you would not be asked for "most influential" determinant as different people are influenced by different determinants to varying extents
and the determinants are interrelated just as the dimensions are too
hypothetically, if you were asked this [which you probably wouldn't be] it could be with a case study that asks which determinant is most influential over the particular individual.
as i said, very very very unlikely so don't stress over it

determinants are only used to justify/explain different aspects of health

does anyone have a good example as to how the determinants are interrelated?

low ses (social) > less money > cant afford nutritious foods > choose less healthy options > poor dietary choices (behavioural) > possibly leading to obesity/hypertension/etc (biological)
