Glad to know I'm approved :P I was scared for a second haha, when he honked the horn! Do you speak Tamil to your dad?

That movie was super weird. All those Japanese movies are.
Charmander is amazing. I used to get called charmander. But the fire ones are always the best!
I never talk to my parents in english, it is so uncomfortable, but if i do, I fake a fob accent because it's so embarrassing. lol

1) *evil eye*
2) Tepig FTW

My parents speak in their language/english to me and I respond in english  :-\ Should learn how to speak though, its pretty handy

People get fined for it D: It sucks.. It is a curry thing to do though, I knew it was your dad... If I was around friends, my dad would do the same thing.

Well with me; Both of my parents spoke Tamil to me since birth. But when I started Kinder, my english was very poor because I really didn't have much exposure to it so dad started speaking to me in English. That has stuck on till today. I speak Tanglish Tamil with my mum and English to dad, but he replies to me in both languages, depending on the mood haha.

My younger brother used to call me Anna :D, for non tamils not Anna the girls name but Un-Na, as in big brother :). The very little cousins and family friends sons and daughters call me anna, and some even call me uncle haha, which is weird!

Do little kids call you Akka? :P

And yeah, if my uncles and aunties speak English to me, it feels weird so I put on a slight Indian accent too!

One of my family friend’s she’s like fob (no offence) and she told her daughter who is like 2 years old, to call me aunty?!

Yehh, my little sister has called me "Akkoo" every since she was little and its stuck now. Fam friends kids call me akka (or my name/nicknames)

It's a shame really. I was much like you I had a lot of trouble with English in the beginning. There are so many embarrassing stories from when I was younger and trying to understand what people were asking me.
Tis. For me, I'm sure I can formulate sentences but my pronunciation/vocab is shocking. Plus I'm scared of parents/aunties lauging at me  :-[

I love it even more when they say my name before it as well, Keshy Anna! haha that looks so childish! Uncle makes me feel old and fob.. I love Tanglish too!!!

haha yeah, I can't recall any of them though. I was the misbehaving boy in Kinder apparently... I stole a toy car and stil haven't returned it to this day ;)
