If you don't mind me asking how is legal studies and global politics? I always wondered, my school doesn't offer them (we're pretty crappy). I much rather would have chosen them over Revolutions which atm is just stressing the f**k out of me.

I did revolutions. Or at least 20th century history for 3 years before dropping revolutions in year 12 because I didn't want to read!
Legal Studies is alright. I wouldn't call it a very fun subject. You are basically just remembering and applying information. It falls on the basis of a ROTE subject, but it can also require a little more analysis and thought than other ROTE subjects. I went from 98/100 for the first GA to almost failing the second GA ... because my teacher is a dick. If I could go back I would not have chosen this subject. But the good thing is you don't need a good teacher to learn it there is some guy who made podcasts for every dot point ... but your teacher marking biasedly on your SACS after expelling you from class is another scenario
Politics I have a love hate relationship with. Sometimes I really enjoy doing it because I feel like I'm sort of learning about the world. However, I have a really shitty teacher so I have to find all the examples myself which is quite difficult as the study design can be quite ambiguous as to what it wants from you. I started the year thinking it would just be my drop-kick subject but now I like it a fair bit. I would recommend it. There is also a person on YouTube called Alex Bacalaj who has made a few podcasts for the subject which goes to show, if you have a good and dedicated teacher in a humanities subject, it would be so much enjoyable and easy to do well.
