Seen this question so many times before and the answer is actually yes apparently, sacs don't even get considered really if the person aces the exam
nah it doesnt work like that, they take it all into account and weight it accordingly. sure if you get 70/100 sacs after scaling and 100% exams you will get over 40 but you cant get a 50 because there will be kids with 100/100 sacs and full mark exams, VCAA cant say to someone whose worked hard all year "nah lol u dont get a 50 because this person came out from low sacs to 100% exam, her improvement is more so she gets the 50"
because at the end of the day the study score is just where you rank in the state, so they have to look at all criteria when they rank you
