Like, grammatical mistakes which lead to a lot of ambiguity and lack of clarity dodgy. And questions which are just way too broad.

I have a situation like this for my Further Maths SAC this week. There was a question for simple interest that was able investing money in 2014 and then finding the amount after 3 more years. A lot of people read this as just 3 years, but I read it as four. I raised it with my teacher after the SAC and she thinks it was an error on their part because they wanted 3 but she understands how it could be four. So my advice is to just mention it to your teacher after your SAC and then if you don't get the mark when you get the SAC back, dispute it  :)

Im feeling really burnt out and unmotivated guys. For me, term 2 sacs are over and we're just starting unit four at school. I have no motivation to revise unit three or to start studying for unit for cause the sacs are so far away. For the past two weeks i've done next to no work which is really unlike myself, every time i have the same excuse, "i should just rest with no guilt" ... but now i should feel guilt cause ive rested so much that my good study/exercise/eating habits have all died. Help!

I'm with you on this one. 1-2 weeks of Unit 4, has resulted in no study whatsoever. Honestly hoping the 2 week holiday turns into a transition and I set my self back into year 12 mode  8)

You're definitely not alone there.
I've had this whole weekend off (looooooots of world cup to catch up on), and I'm proud of it.
I think it's more beneficial to take time out here and there. It's always good to look at the class of 2013 thread to see what was happening during this time last year, and surprisingly many students had a mini burn out, in which all they needed was some time to themselves before they start the new unit.

What's everyone's plan over the holidays?

Last 2 days I have rested with 0 work whatsoever; feel a little more mentally rejuvenated than previously.

I plan to just lay back idly in class whilst maintaining a semi-efficient concentration span. But knowing me, this will probably not eventuate.

E.g. I was forced to remove myself from the classroom for not listening to a student's explanation, and just highlighting over key knowledge points ('semi-efficient concentration span').

Looking ahead, term 3 holidays will be just studying for exams. Not sure if I should make the most of 'recuperation' now or continue to work at it...

I've managed to keep up with Unit 4, by managing my time more efficiently for subjects like Politics and Economics.

Even if I do rest, there is always that underlying urge to do more work.

Not sure if this is pure laziness or what... Should I hold myself more accountable?

English SAC for Stasiland on Tuesday. I wasn't feeling that good about it this time last week, but in the past week I've worked really hard with planning topics, re reading key scenes, and I stayed behind to write a practice SAC after school during the week and have written another full one since and lots of opening paragraphs.

Am I an English nerd yet? Or do I have to tell you I love learning interesting quotes too?

The way I see it is that it's impossible to work 110% the entire year, there are going to be times when you just cbf, and there probably will be stage when you're like that for a few weeks at a time. It's much better you go through that stage now (where, for example, 10% of study scores will be decided) than 3 weeks before exams (where >50% of study scores will be decided). That's not to say you should completely stop working now, but I reckon it's ok to work like 70% for the rest of the term (and the coming holidays) if it means you'll go harder in the lead up to exams.

Last SAC tomorrow, then I have formal Tuesday, with school finishing at noon Tuesday and cancelled Wednesday for it. So annoyed I have to even go back to school Thursday and Friday, the two days seem so pointless.
