Haha I know I really shouldn't ask this.. but what have you guys accomplished, in terms of school work, these school holidays?

I worked really hard during the first week and kind of crashed during the second week so basically I got nothing done this week :S

Also has anyone started actual exam revision (eg. VCAA questions) for any of their subjects yet? My only excuse for not doing it is because I don't have an access to a printer to print prac exams lol.

nothing. actually.
Thanks for bringing it up.

I did all my set holiday homework and then started on Unit 3 revision for Biology and Maths. Started doing Core questions for Maths and going over biomolecules and movement across membranes for Bio.

Does anyone have the dreaded Further Maths + Business Management combination on the first Monday of VCE Exams? If so, how are you approaching this?

I am so scared. 55 minutes or so between exams which from a realistic perspective is actually 30 minutes as one needs time to relax. Get the equipment set up, and somehow switch their mindset from Further to Bus. Man which contributes 33% and 50% respectively = 83%.

I suppose if it was Further followed by Australian Politics then I would be more screwed, but Bus. Man I will undoubtedly try and acquire a higher study score and I still despise my exam timetable a part from finishing relatively early.

I also know students who have two subjects in the same time period on the same day. How does that work? E.g. information can just be leaked out...

Did bio 3/4 last year, and if I could go back I probably would have done just unit 3 revision as well :D. Unit 4 is much easier, and furthermore, it's extremely fun and interesting, the pracs as well. Hope you guys get to go to Melb uni to do a SAC, you guys will get to breed flies and observe for any mutations, and if all the offspring are as expected.

Is it worth doing prac exams now, or later on after Unit 4?

Unit 3 ones can't hurt as long as you don't go overboard and burn your self out, no point in doing exams which involve unit 4 yet and they will just confuse you unless you've studied ahead of your class and finished the unit.

Me:
I've only done notes for legal and accounting so far. Need to do some prac questions and few essays for english and RnS. No idea how I'm going to finish this off in time, but I will (hopefully).

Completing Practical Legal Training (Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice)

Offering 2021 Tutoring in VCE Legal Studies (Awarded as Bialik College's top Legal Studies Student in 2014).

Offered via Zoom or in person across Melbourne.  Message me to discuss. Very limited places available.

And marsbareater12, were you at the ACU experience day on Tuesday?

I was, I loved it! (Fell in love with one of the youth work course and I'm so sad that there's no practical application for it (for me) because it just looks so interesting!)

Re: work done - I've not done nearly enough, off all first week sick/caring for parents, and second week was either uni days, lectures, or work. >.< Definitely regretting it, I was hoping to have my food tech folio done and it's barely started.

Hmm, or maybe you have a timetable that is longer than others, and hence get a longer holidays? Eg, my friend goes to a private school and they finish 3:30 every day, since they get more school hours than us they can afford one more extra week of holidays I guess.
