whooo boy am i glad i don't have exams this week (JUST LET THEM BE OVER PLS).

Our VCAA supervisors phone went off in the further exam, whoops.  ::) On the other hand, I'm realizing that, despite getting above 90% on every SAC + Folio, I still know nothing for Food Tech. Goddamnit.

vtextbook doesn't have food tech either, and no one on the internet does video tutorials of the VCE curriculum, sobs forever.

Read and summarise your whole textbook. I did that a couple of weeks before my exam and a whole of things made sense suddenly.

yeah if you've sussed out assessment reports properly you'd see that they usually + or - 1 sig fig of what you actually use to answer the question   :o  I was like wtf at first because all throughout the year since my teacher was so full on about sigfigs but in a particular question you used 3sigfigs but the answer was expressed to 2 sigfigs

I have about 90% of it summarized, still cannot remember goddamn "Maintaining Food Safety in Australia" (the boring government chapter). I'm resummarizing what I don't know well at the moment (so, skipping all of Unit 3, AOS 2, and Unit 4, AOS 2), and hopefully it'll all stick then D:

I thought they were pedantic about sigfigs :o I I spotted that once, would they have deducted a mark for using 3 sigfigs instead of 2 for that question? One paper I completed recently tripped me out; so for part (b) let's say the final answer was 30.41, for the next question they used 30.412 (the non-approximated form) for calculations...

Gah I hated that topic too! I also made posters for that and the inter relationships of government and stuck them up around the house so I'd learn it. Make sure you know inter relationships really well because it's always something that is done poorly (probably because it is so dry)

Currently in the stage of making my fifth poster... ;P

Seriously, would've thought environmental issues in food production to be the worst, but nope, I just want to scrub every mention of FSANZ and HACCP from my brain.

I think VCAA put HACCP in the study design to make the lives of Food Tech students a living hell. It was another very dry topic!
