I had the worse night's sleep due to the adrenaline/anxiety about results. Tonight should be interesting then  :(

At least I know I'm not the only one! I had a dream last night that VCAA released some people's ATARs by accident 24 hours early. I woke up from this dream exactly at 7am and then proceeded to check my phone for the text in case it was true, haha. If only.

Hahahahaha - I keep refreshing the resultsandatar website in the hopes that they accidentally lift their filter early or something! I don't even know!

I'm going to get an ATAR that is like somewhere in the 70's at best which is pretty embarrassing considering my retarded brother and sister got in the 90's. So I've decided I'm going to drive away to some forest, drop some LSD tablets, get incredibly high and get drunk on vodka and whisky before telling my parents the inevitable painful truth. This may be an exaggeration.or not

I still think when my parents ask 'how did you go?' I'll just respond by saying I did enough to get into my course (mutually satisfied with three courses of varying ATAR's from 83 to 72). I'm so not excited. But I haven't thought about VCE for over 3 weeks which has been awesome and didn't even really realise that I get my ATAR tomorrow until my dad told me.

I think my ATAR will be around 75. For the Monash Arts Caulfield course it requires an 80 but 50% got under 80. If I got like 75-78 would I be a safe bet or not?

So my parents decided to buy me a Macbook Air today - talk about bad timing.

Idk what I am going to do if it turns out I got a bad ATAR tomorrow :'( They have gotten me an iPad, a new phone and now a new laptop without even knowing my score! I am actually going to have a breakdown or something if I do badly... Like they call it a graduation gift, but it's more burden/expectation on me.  :( :( :(

I keep dreaming about the exam period. And that the exam period is still going on and I'm yet to do a couple of exams. I wake up with all that exam stress and anxiety, but then realise I've already completed all my exams.

And I keep thinking worst case scenarios for my study scores.

Anybody having any dreams lately about their ATAR?

Yes. Last night before going to sleep, I had weird numbers coming into my head. Like weird hypotheticals over what my ATAR would be. I swear, this is not worth it, lol. I legit just want to get into my course -.-

I'm sorry to hear so many of you guys are struggling with nerves/anxiety :(
I know it sounds hard, particularly for you high achievers..but I find it easier to not stress out when I tell myself that it really is okay, and it doesn't really matter.

For some reason, I'm strangely calm about the whole thing..maybe cause so much other crap just keeps happening :'(

But either way, the wait is almost over and then we can all breathe a sigh of relief !

I was pretty calm about it all until last night, when I suddenly started freaking out. I seem to be mirroring the experience of many, alternating between not being able to sleep and then having dreams about the ATAR.

I'll be able to deal with it if I am disappointed with my score, because I know it's in no way the be-all and end-all of everything. But at this stage, I just want to know what it is. I am incredibly impatient.

On a happier note, omg these holidays are the best. Other than slight anxiety over results, I am so relaxed and have so much freedom now to do whatever strikes my fancy!

So I'm being lazy and sleeping in til 11... Still yet to sort through my books and stuff...

Haha nah it doesn't, it's a mix of lemon lime and bitters soft drink with vodka and it's now kinda like flat soft drink that strongly tastes of alcohol. Gross. Well it's tomorrow guys. To get to sleep I recommend staying up until 2 watching movies or playing video games. Seems to have worked for me  ;D ;D
