Negotiated Offers in Melbourne. (Please help!)

During the initial VTAC application, I placed Melbourne Biomedicine on number 1, and Commerce somewhere below.
Before the VTAC preference changes were disabled, I made a sudden shift to place Commerce on number 1 and Biomedicine below it.

I think it was a stupid mistake that I made under pressure of last-minute-change and I was wondering what my chances are in entering Melbourne Biomedicine through Negotiated Offer and its procedures.

My 2012 ATAR was 99.15, which, hopefully, is above the clearly-in score for Biomedicine this year.

If anyone has any information/advice, please help me!

Yes, when Round 1 Offers come out, apply for a Negotiated Offer provided your ATAR was at or above the 2013 Clearly-In for Biomed.
