WHAT should i do ?

hey guys,

so eversince my 3&4 exams in November i've had absolutely no life.
i've fully completed the syllabus of -
-Chemistry
-Biology
-Further Maths
-Physics
-English (read all my books and their text guides and some prac essays).

what should i do for the rest of  the year during class time other than prepare for SAC's etc?
Besides these i also do 2 hours of UMAT everyday.

I'd recommend that you'll chill out a bit. It's great you've done so much prep all ready for the coming year, but take summer to just relax because the last thing you'd want is to burn yourself out during year 12!

Stop doing work and go outside

Depends how well you learnt everything. I'm guessing completing the syllabus means just having gone through the textbook and done the questions etc.

There's probably the danger of getting complacent with what you've done and taking it too easy next year because you've "done the work", so be wary of that too.

It also depends on how in depth you actually went, I'm guessing to have finished all that in such a short time frame, you didn't sit back with concepts and explore them really deeply and really understand everything inside out.

But yeah, take a break and go outside. Even when school starts, you really do need to maintain some kind of balance between studying and 'having a life'.

i was considering writing my own notes for CHEM and PHYSICS in the coming few days and doing an extra physics 3&4 book to get more exposure.

You sir are incredibly hard working and need to salute you, but well know have a beer with some friends.
When you're back from the bar:

English:
write up some essays and post them into the English work submission and marking board.

Chemistry:
Make your own firework.
Watch some KhanAcademy videos about the topics, since you shouldn't stress to much, but I know you want to do work and so you can use KhanAcademy to 'chill out'.

Physics:
same as above

Bio:
Read your textbook and maybe read another one.

Further:
Start practice exams.
FurtherMath is incredibly boring and I hated studying for it so much, particularly doing prac exams, so spreading them out over the whole year would've been much nicer.

just a random idea
is that you could get a disk a have say your physics text book on the computer
so it looks like your studying by when your family leave the room you can play games or talk to people
I used to do that

That sounds bad. How are you dealing with the pressure? Do you find that it's too much sometimes?

My parents pressure me too, but in more of a "study in your room" way. So, sometimes I just pretend to study. (Novel hidden in my textbook etc etc.) Though at the same time, I do get my work done etc.

Do whatever you need to do to take a break and relax - even if it means going against your parents/family's wishes sometimes.
And FlorianK is right - The khanacademy videos are a more chillaxed way of learning. (I zone out sometimes, then replay the video)
