up to what percentage do the offers get published? for example 70+ something like that?

Out of total offers received I'm pretty sure it's almost 90% that are published!
Like why wouldn't you want your name in the paper!

Because some people would rather find out their offers for themselves first, rather than having their friends text and spoil everything.

Because I've seen the way some people trawl through the paper looking for acquaintances or people they know, just for the fun of it. And it's really awkward, imo, to have everyone know what you got into without even having to ask.
Or maybe I'm just paranoid :P
