I didnt get high enough atar for my first 3 preferences but did for my 4th

so should i be expecting my 4th preference tomorow?

can i get a "2nd round offer" from one of my first 3 preferences?

im so confused :/

I'm in the same situation..I applied for seas though..so I'm expecting one of my first 3 preferences
