I got 98.40 and didn't get one. I think I know someone who 98.85 and did, so that gives an indication.

Got 96.55, but I know someone who got an Access Melbourne with an ATAR 80-something. It's decided by both the level of equity/disability issues, as well as availability - there are only 160 Access Melbourne scholarships available.
