quick question for everyone here:
how do you know when you've done enough studying for one day?
it's hard to know when to stop, whether i should do more work, etc
exam time makes you feel so guilty for doing anything other than studying!

When you're brain dead :P
If you don't know the answer to a question, chances are it has something to do with changing the surface area to volume ratio or resonance.

I know them feels! I generally make a list of all that I want to achieve, and just work through it until everything is crossed off. It helps appease the guilt and that nagging sense that more could be done. :)

Not usually, because I know that I have worked as hard as I need to within a day, and having the list of crossed out tasks really helps to keep things in perspective!

UMEP physics credits for a whole year.
UMEP maths doesn't.

just a side note: MUEP maths credits for the whole year

@nliu, no physics or chem in first year? whatever will you do in all that free time you'll have next year? :P
2012:  Methods [48] Physics [49]
2013:  English [40] (oops) Chemistry [46] Spesh [42] Indo SL [34] Uni Maths: Melb UMEP [4.5] Monash MUEP [just for a bit of fun]
2014:  BAeroEng/BComm

Guessing he'll move onto second year chem and/or physics (not sure what the prereqs will be with maths there, i.e. physics might need the harder math)? If you're going to end up with a semester or two where you can take a lighter load because of doing units early, it's probably best to leave the gaps until later years, that way you'll have more time when you have the harder third year units, rather than having a gap during the easier, first year.

...or Nliu1995 might be one of those crazy ones who try and do BSci in 2 years with overloading.

EDIT: I'm not sure if that can be done anymore anyways, due to filling credits and such. (I don't go to UoM though, so could be wrong here, just what I've heard).

Definitely going to try this as well. I've got 8 days until my last two exams now, and I can just feel my brain already trying to switch into holiday mode.

Unfortunately, my brain already switched to holiday mode straight after the english exam... The week break between english and methods didn't help  :P

I've got a question to anyone who has done an exam at 3pm. Any tips on the leadup to 3pm so I can be fully awake, rather than be in that weird mental state where my brain just relaxes in the afternoon?
