Maybe irrelevant, but does anyone know if its too late to prevent my results being released to the newspaper? Considering my performance over the past few days, I'd really like to avoid having my results being made public. :/

Please and thanks :)

I'm pretty sure if you contact your VCE coordinator, they'll be able to change around this preference. Otherwise, if it cannot be changed, just remember that your scores will only be released if they're 40+, and that's not something to be ashamed/embarrassed about :)

Our VCE coordinator hasn't been around since Term 3 for personal reasons, but will try and contact the school. Thanks

Lol meanwhile I'm struggling to get a 40 in any of my subjects

Haha, dw I am too xP. I just don't want  people finding out my scores before I do because I'll be overseas; hence, if I, by some miracle, make it to a 40+, I'd like to be the first to know. :) + so many others reasons, but that being the main. :)

I'VE BEEN DOING THAT TOO! I slam dunk my practice papers, etc into the recycling bin then proceed to dance around like some sort of stoned hyped up alcoholic. Seriously, my victory dances are quite the spectacle ;)

Lol meanwhile I'm struggling to get a 40 in any of my subjects
Dude don't give up! Seriously, YOU CAN DO IT!!! And even if you don't get 40s, at the end of the day as long as you get into your course/ are able to find a pathway into your course it's all good :D
Like everyone on AN sais, no one cares about your ATAR/ study scores when you're in uni! But good luck for specialist my friend, just stay positive and believe that you CAN and you WILL rock out your remaining exams! :D

I do love you guys! I want to unsubscribe from the exam discussion threads because everytime I look at them, I fear a solution will come up and it's going to be different to what I got :P Sorry, I mean not getting notifications in the "show new replies to your posts" tab.

ohmygosh my life for methods!!

Yeah I know, I'm pretty confident I'll be getting into the course I want but it's just the fact that I won't have any 40+ raw study scores hah while I thought you were going to be ashamed if you "only" got low 40s. :P

Theoretically speaking, I only needed 37 on English, Physics & Methods, 32 on spesh and 25 on chem to get into BSc at Melbourne last year lol
Ahh fair enough! Well definitely don't lose hope though! For drama last year I truly believed I would get a ~32 and ended up with a 38. We tend to underestimate/ over critique ourselves a hell of a lot.

You know VCE has F**ked you up bad when you start to have dreams about your subjects. Just recently today i dreamed repeatedly about a stupid continuous probability problem from methods.

Pfft. That's nothing. Once I had a dream, two days before a chemistry SAC, that I'd do badly in the chemistry SAC.
Guess what? I did do badly in that SAC >.< I'm going to be paying close attention to my dreams now if I can :P
