I like yum cha and I THOUGHT I liked dim sims. Until I realised they are actually those disgusting deep fried blobs you get from school canteens filled with.. uh.. I don't even know what. :P

LOL, I was just telling my mum about the crap school canteen's call dim sims... there are such thing as proper dim sims though, like at the restaurant I work at (Seven Stars Restaurant). Dim Sims there are AMAZING.
