where are monosaccharides made?

You've asked the same question 4 times now, but unless you're more specific, nobody really can give you an answer because different types of cells produce monosaccharides in different ways, through different processes (both exergonic and endergonic processes) and most species will get their glucose from different sources.

And that's just talking about glucose, monosaccharides is an even larger group which will contain heaps more hexose and pentose sugars, some of which cannot even be made by cells. \

So I guess the straight answer is "everywhere".
