What kind of SACS do you do in year 11 and 12 psych?

That's a really broad question.

But in short, for psych, the types of SACs you do depend on your school. It could consist of stuff like a multi-choice test with a short answer section, completing a flowchart, research methods SACs that have a practical component (talking about the folio activities here). 

Last year I found the majority of my SACs to be like tests (with multiple choice, short and extended answer). We did one in term 3 that involved research methods and stretched over the course of 4 days.

My first SAC was a poster! Everything else is pretty much like what Starfish says.
