I'm doing a double degree as well, and only have 21 contact hours? Unless I did something wrong in MUTTS :S I did my preferences early and luckily all the times I wanted were less than 100% :D Those auto-allocated lectures really pissed me offf though  >:(

it makes no difference how early you did your preferences, as long as you do them before the due date.
therefore the percentages are only an indication as people do their preferences, everyones percentage would of been low on the first day allocate opened but now they will have increased.
