Having trouble discontinuing my course

I received a negotiated offer for the Pharmacy scholars program and ever since I knew I would be offered that, I've been trying to discontinue my course from the first round which was just normal Pharmacy. I tried to do it on WES but still have had no luck. Now every time I log on and click on the enrol link, I get the option of either Pharmacy or Pharmacy scholars. When I click on one of them, log out and log back in, I am given the same two options again so I assume I'm still enrolled in normal Pharmacy. Has anyone had a similar problem? I emailed the person in the faculty listed on the WES site on Wednesday but still haven't gotten a response. Seeing as enrolment day is this Tuesday, I'm a bit worried.

Secondly, I'm gathering your situation is a fairly irregular situation. Pro tip is that WES or any university computer systems cannot handle irregular situations, no matter how simple the solution might seem. Call student services, or better yet, go visit your faculty office. They have back-end access to your enrolment details, you get to talk to a flesh-and-blood person to explain your situation, and they can do your enrolment for you without you having to do anything on WES.
