Dont do the 'amazing race' by the MSA because its shit. Although some of the people I met doing that, I kept seeing around campus and I was like 'hey its that guy from the shit race!'

Join clubs and go to their events, go to Host scheme events too

join every freaking free club, even if it doesn't interest you.
two reasons:
- supports students/club
- free food when they host bbqs

Just get as much free stuff as you can. Like, get heaps of free stuff.

You can ideally get 2 days food and stationery for the year.

I took it easy on the first day..couple of clubs and free drinks including beer. So far so good. Thanks for the advice
