Uni timetable

I'm fairly happy with my timetable, however why do I have two tutorials for marketing at the same time on the same day, when I haven't been allocated to the marketing workshop?

Because the tutorial on the 17/5 is your mid-semester test. And for that week only, you don't go to your normal tutorial.

One of my automatically allocated subjects isn't showing up on my timetable. Is that normal?

Ah ok thanks. But without the marketing lecture/workshop my contact hours are 10 per week instead of being 12, which is what it is supposed to be. Does it mean they are not running the workshop if it is not on the timetable? Do I need to pick something else up to get 12 contact hours?

If you've got nothing between them, then you should be fine as is - 1.5 hours is enough time to recover, no?

Does it clash with something else that's auto-allocated?

Also, where are you looking at your timetable? Sometimes Allocate+ shows random results when you view your timetable in Allocate+ when it's under heavy load.

Not as such. The lecture not showing up is one of two lectures for the subject. The other lecture does clash with another one of my auto-allocated lectures (so I'm not surprised that that one isn't visible), but the tutorial is visible.

Any thoughts? Thanks for the reply.

I suspect that when two auto-allocated things clash, you don't get allocated to one of them (despite it being "auto-allocated"). In this case, because it's two parts of the same auto-allocated lecture, you haven't been allocated to either part. Something similar has happened to me too. If I were in your position I wouldn't worry about getting it fixed because it's only a lecture. Just make sure that when you write down your timetable you include those lectures so you don't forget to attend them / watch them later on MULO.
