I have indeed. I can't say that I listened to too much ambient - No Pussyfooting and Music for Airports are about it - to really rank it, but it was enjoyable (well, as far as ambient can be enjoyable on its own... it is supposed to be ambient, no? ).

Fripp also played on Low and Heroes, as well as my favourite Eno album, Before and After Science. A talented guy he is, but I don't think he ever put out something of his own which eclipses In the Court of the Crimson King.

Fair point. I think it's supposed to be ambient. Evening Star is pretty legit as well btw. There's a bit more going with the guitar than No Pussyfooting if I remembered correctly. Check it

I was in the city a couple of days ago with intentions of buying some necessary items before school began again..
When I was walking down bourke st mall, I ran across two AMAZING groups of street performers (needless to say, I spent most of the day listening to them, and didn't buy anything I needed to)
But anyway, check out Woodlock and The Pierce Brothers if you haven't heard them before. They're on triple j unearthed, and are really really nice too
