4 hours a day? That's insane!  :o
I need at least 7-8 hours, or I can't function at all!

I try to sleep 7 - 9 hours a night, depending on circumstances. With uni and study, I end up sleeping at around 11pm and waking at 7am each day.

Apparently Di Vinci slept 2 hours a day. 1/2 hour every 6 hours.

Last Year while travelling 3-4 hrs total each day to uni: 4-5 hrs a day.
This year living closer to uni: 5.5-7 hrs a day.

I never used to be able to function with under 8 hours a day. That all changed when I started uni..... since there wasn't really any other option....
