Hey guys, since the Methods Study Guide has now been finished, and we’ve started sending out copies, I’d thought I’d let you know about what we’ve ended up with. There are two books which come together as a package, the first is the question book
(211 pages), consisting of
16 tests and 6 exams, while the second book
(536 pages) consists of model solutions and detailed solutions. The model solutions include a detailed marking scheme which points out exactly what you obtain marks for. The detailed solutions go through and explain every little part of the question, how to start off the question, what you should be looking for to bring you through it and then how to actually apply the mathematics that you know to solve it, while explaining key concepts. So even if you have no clue where to start, you should be able to understand how to approach the question from the detailed solutions.
Each book consists of the following (questions in book 1, solutions in book 2)
Section 1: Topic Tests2 30 minute tech free and 2 60 minute tech active topic tests for the four main areas of study, Functions and Graphs, Algebra, Calculus and Probability.
