Hey,
I managed to come across this section 1 q on one of the medentry exams, its to do with a survey conducted from 2005-2006 involving a sudden decrease in the number of GPs in Australia.
One question asked, "what cannot be inferred", with one option being that many of the doctors surveyed would by now be retired (74% of doctors surveyed were 45+ years old.)
Would this be correct? It does say in the text that Australia could face a doctor shortage within five years as a silver tsunami of GPs head towards retirement, but technically, I could be reading that article in 2007 and not 2013. According to medentry, this can be inferred from the passage.
For the real UMAT with qs like these, would it be safe to assume that I'm in the year 2013? I know this question may seem a bit whack, but I just want to make sure given this q from medentry.
Thanks
