^what the title says.
Honestly, there are a lot of great people on this forum who make it a valuable site to visit even after VCE. I just think that there are a few users who are underappreciated, or at least deserve more praise. I'd like to see this thread become a place of positivity, where you can pick a few of your favourite AN users to compliment. At the very least, it'll be my tribute to the people I've found to be really helpful and supportive, not only to myself, but to others.

(I'm in a gooey mood at the moment, let's hope I don't cringe too much when I'm done)
First off, Ninwa. I think you're my favourite mod/admin/AN user ever. Your posts are more directed at current issues and other stuff now, but you're always able to cut right to the heart of an issue, and about 90% of the time you say exactly what's running through my head when I read through a thread. That alone gives you a special and elevated position in my (completely biased) hierarchy.

Also, I really appreciate your work on the technical side of things- some of the boards that have recently popped up, like the anonymous help board, have been invaluable to people who might otherwise have no one to confide in, and I respect you and the ATARNotes team wholeheartedly for that.
Pi, I'm grateful for all of the help you've given throughout the various subforums. When I first visited ATARNotes, I saw you on almost every single thread I went to, giving advice that was helpful, clear and honestly the epitome of what a user in this forum with experience and expertise should be. I've tried to be a bit more like you in giving back to the community that helped me so much during my Year 12, and I hope that in my time here I'll be able to help even a tenth of the people you've guided to a better ATAR.
Brendinkles/Pi_3.14, I've been seeing you around the threads I visit more and more, and I'm really appreciative of the sound advice you give others on the English board. You manage to give feedback so thoroughly, it sometimes makes me despair of ever being a good enough English tutor to be confident in my own abilities

IN A GOOD WAY OF COURSE
Now, I know that I've only talked about a few people, and they're all admins/mods, but they are FAR from the only people I'd like to talk about. There are many people, some of whom have sadly left this forum after VCE, who have helped others achieve great things through their assistance and guidance. The list is much too numerous to write out- it includes users from when I was a lurker here in Year 10- but know that almost all of you have been great to talk with, when I did talk to you, and that we've all contributed to a culture of sharing and free discussion that is much, MUCH more than the sum of its parts. Oh my God I just cringed so hard
Anyway, I think I've said enough for tonight. Please feel free to post about whoever you find inspirational/invaluable/friendly/good in any way. You might make their day
