Does anyone have any information, at all, other than what's already online, about this program? Quite interested in it personally and would love to hear from someone who's investigated it in the past, completed it or is currently enrolled.

Thank you so much for replying Celia!

I didn't even know there was a certificate! Why did you choose that instead of the full diploma?

Just wondering how much longer your course is going to be extended, if at all? Your signature seems to indicate that it won't be, so I'm curious as to how!

Also, it's possible to complete the part where you need to study at a partnered institution online, right? So you wouldn't actually need to go on exchange to one of the U21 partners? Just because I'm interested in going on exchange somewhere else through Global Mobility, is all.

Thanks again!

Yeah I'd preferably not prolong my undergrad too! What other subjects have you done, or plan on doing, if you don't mind me asking? (:

So it's 50% online and 50% through another institution, right? And they can overlap.

None of the U21 unis stand out to me that much! I really want to go to the States, or study in London.

Awesome! Thanks again.

How do we go about applying to enrol in the certificate/diploma at the end of the year?

Also, do you know how many people are doing it? I've never actually met anyone doing it before, and most people seem to have not even heard about it!

I realised yesterday that there's an info session in two weeks! Thanks for that link (:

Is the GIP eligible for HECS?

Aaaaalso I'm planning on doing Human Rights and Global Justice as a breadth subject next semester. If I was then accepted into the GIP do you think I'd be able to credit HR&GJ to my GIP and do another breadth subject instead? Just curious in terms of my study plan (:

Is it really cross crediting though? I want HR&GJ to come under the certificate, and then to do another Arts subject in place of that to get my 24 Arts units (potentially). I know what you mean but I feel like there's a loophole there haha.

Thank you! I have some OC tendencies and spend more time on my study plan for the next six or so years noting down every subject and potential subject I'll be doing each semester than I do studying haha... I'm studying Arts (:

HR&GJ is a breadth subject actually, my bad.

I think I might be confusing myself here haha. It shouldn't mater too much though, regardless. Thanks for clarifying though! And thanks again for all the help.

I think what I want to say is that HR&GJ would be more like an advanced standing thing? So it'd be credited to my certificate/diploma, but not my Arts degree, despite having done it before I was enrolled in the GIP.

Hey Celia! I had another question just about the summer subjects. From what I've seen in the handbook some of them start in January (at overseas unis) but only actually finish after the UoM first semester has started. So they finish in like April or even May, in some cases. How does this work with the number of subjects you can take?!
