Nah, other than the questions quoted in the above posts I don't remember what they were. If you want some practice questions, you could try googling:
"application task site:atarnotes.com" and maybe throw in a 'methods', 'calculus', whatever there too. That would presumably come up with some previous threads with application task-esque questions.

If you have the essentials text book, I thought the chapter review questions there were pretty good for revising for sacs in general.
