Jacks notes

Thinking about buying some jacks not of my friend from last year. I need some feedback what would you rate his notes out of 10 in terms of quality,content,notes information eg

I don't go to jacks but a friend has shown me the notes and they seem pretty good. Overall they are really simple and straightforward. The physics teacher in my school went to him when he was in year 12 and basically said you go to him to get the notes which simplfy a lot of difficult concepts.
