Damn. Same thing happened with my parents' iPhone 4's. Had to delete like literally majority of their apps.

You'll soon see that it isn't. It took me about 1 week.

The control centre thing just is a new way to exploit a vulenrability which has always existed (turning of connectivity and restoring phone to stop FMI)

I've also tried the lock screen thing but can't seem to get it to work (maybe it's specific to one or a few device(s)/model(s) and not all running the OS? or I could just be doing it wrong).

Had the gold master for a week, and the original version for a few days now. No issues, loving it :P

Not a fan.

Also, install from iTunes if you're lacking space. Back your device, restore, update, restore from backup.

I like photo organisation. Not really a fan of the keyboard.
But there is so much lag on iPad 3.

Like I said: http://www.theage.com.au/digital-life/mobiles/two-weeks-on-apple-ios-7-drives-into-storm-of-protest-20131003-2ux37.html

I compared the look of iOS7 and iOS6 the other day and realised iOS6 was so much nicer--skeuomorphism was actually nice when used in moderation. The new look was nice to me at first but as the "wow factor" waned there is certainly much to be desired in terms of looks and some of the animation effects (actual functions of the phone are much improved in my eyes--though the look does detract from this).

iOS7 does do better in some areas but in others the OS looks like a fisher price toy. Parallax was annoying and rather useless so I'm glad Apple gave the option to turn it off (via accessibility settings).

I think Apple would find it easier to please more people if the allowed individuals to choose what themes etc. they wanted i.e. choose whether to go iOS6 or iOS7 look. But of course that would likely never happen. Lack of jailbreaking ability is also annoying but that's a whole other topic.

iOS7 is still useable and I really can't be bothered switching phones at the moment anyway.

Nice update. Hopefully this will divert people away from Apple's mundane products and steer them into the direction of new, innovative and exciting brands (Samsung,HTC,LG).

Apple still has a long way to go.
