I thought the highest was 99.95 ?

HSC used to have a 100 UAI score, not any more since they adopted the ATAR system.

It's the student's right to go through the appeal avenues if they feel that they had been unfairly treated. The question is why the publicity campaign was necessary. I guess another big part of it is why she really thought it necessary, but oh well.
