I'm not in uni yet but you should join clubs - yes, you've heard it before, but they will probably help you in so many ways. Improve social skills, create friendships, improve skills in something depending on the club and I've heard people include this sort of stuff on their resume's, especially if you end up being a leader of some sort, it shows some sort of leadership experience to employers.
Last time I went to a uni open day I was so amazed that you could join sporting teams. There was indoor soccer, indoor basketball, tennis, lots of stuff. Something to think about.
Have you thought about volunteering? So many opportunities for volunteering.. and it's priceless to put on your resume too. It can be just general duties or you can do volunteer work for something related to your course. You could actually even try to apply for a junior position for a commerce-related job (not entirely sure what jobs it leads to specifically.. you'd know more than me lol).
Also, just think of really cool stuff to do... something extreme/weird.. I used to collect postage stamps and different currencies in year 10 and I still do occasionally..
