General thread for Business Management Unit 4

Has anyone done their SAC yet? Ours is in week 3-4 and it's on Telstra. Going to be worth 20 marks.

Wow, your class is on a roll. We're probably going to be doing SACs in term 4 the way we're going! What was your case study on?

there was no particular case study it was like small paragraphs for each question

Ours is soon and it's worth 30 marks and it's on hr function . :/

We're apparently having 2 SAC's each worth the same amount! But the teachers are thinking about splitting the first one into two. Although I'm not quite sure as to what I'd prefer. I'd say that having a big SAC helps separate the class better and rewards those who practice and study more whereas the shorter SAC's generally have a smaller marks spectrum and tend to be easier to cram for as well!

Our first SAC is in Week 5. LOL....Looking at the other Members of the Forum, we're a bit behind. May be we are covering more content for it?

our sac is on this Tuesday coming... on HR function and employement cycle or whatever its called, Chapter 8,9,10

 60 minutes and 35 marks contributing 40 im pretty sure

Yes wtf my SAC is in week 6, worth 20 marks? How the hell does my class expect to cover 80 marks in a few wees? I see this carrying into mid October.

We're splitting our AoS 1 SAC into two now!

Our class just finished our sac on human resource function and employment cycle it was 1 SAC = 45 marks
only a chapter and a half to go until we actually finish the whole book.

We only just did our outcome 1a SAC, we still have to do 1b, 1c and 2 lol.

Ugh, our 1b and c are combined, so it's a  pain in the ass having to remember the employee cycle and also employee relations. In fact, I reckon employee relations is one of the harder topics to get my head around with all these dates and history. I'm hoping management of change will be a bit more straightforward.

tomorrow we have sac 1C on chapter 11, 30 marks contributing to 20 for the unit....
