subject selection advice needed ?

hey guys LOL we have to pick subjects for year 12 and i want a bit of input for what you think

i essentially missed all of unit 1 (2 days a week sometimes up to 4) due to sickness, and studying was hard at home because health problems are demotivating but ive recovered now
im definitely doing english 3/4, further 3/4, and have already done psych 3/4 this year, i have done history unit 1, further unit 2, englang unit 1, lit unit 2, methods 1/2 chem 1/2 and economics 1/2

my course goals are 1- monash science scholars 2- unimelb sci 3- monash sci, my atar aim is around 99.3+
career goals are to do science research for a bit, then either MD or JD - be either a medical litigation lawyer or a doctor

ive done/am doing methods 1/2 and i do alright when i study but my background knowledge is terrible and its taking up tonnes of time, i know its a pre-req for uom sci, and i actually like math, but i feel if i do it it will drag down my scores and i need to do really well to get into science scholar program, i was thinking dropping it and then i could do monash's methods equivalent, and if i dont like monash i could transfer to uom?
ive also been doing chem 1/2, but i joined chem on the last date that i could swap unit 1's and i was miles behind, plus sickness didnt help. im doing alright now but it will also be a huge workload thing for me which is hard when studying for psych 3/4 as well, i am also planning on taking the umat and if i get a good score i would be interested in med but atm i am probably aiming for post grad medicine, so chem isnt a necessity, and i am the furthest behind in the cohort probably, so now ive just been studying for stuff by rote learning which isnt ideal for chem.
economics 1/2 i love it and i smash it (sorry to sound arrogant) but im really really worried about what scores(SACs, exams) to get a 48+ so if anyone can help there it would be appreciated haha,

other subjects i want to do are:
HHD - i love health and that sort of thing, would have done 3/4 this year but had to choose between hhd and psych, my school did health up until year 10 and we've essentially done alot of the HHD coursework already, and its the type of subject that i like in terms of how to study for it
renaissance italy - IT LOOKS SO FUN AND COOL and i also didnt mind history - but im also worried about the scoring highly in it, but people i have heard who have done it loved it and said it was worth a not so good score - thoughts?
english language - i liked it and it was fun but also worried about it being a small enrolment subject and it has to be in the top 4 and if i dont do so well it would be a huge set back so ive put all my eggs in the mainstream english basket by going to tonnes of lectures and tutoring on how to write good essays haha
i was also looking at a UMEP subject - probably psych but history and philosophy of science looked fun, as did earth sciences.

sorry if this is a mess, but thanks for any advice guys ! i think ive asked similiar questions before but the situations different now so yeah, thanks !
