40 Hour Famine - No food, sleep, etc.

Hi everyone!

I'm doing the 40 Hour Famine and I'll be giving up food, sleep, technology, furniture and transport. All at the same time!

ideas of things to do
read, dont exercise, sew, play with old legos (its so fun), STUDY, build something, clean your room, busk?

read and study are the best imo

Yes having technology this would be too easy, but now I'm really running out of ideas :(

What do you define as technology? Under a broad definition, technology can include non-electrical items such as spoons.
