How hard is it to transfer from a double degree into a single degree?

It's often very easy if the single degree is one of the ones in the double degree. If this is the case, check the handbook entry for the double degree and look for 'Alternative Exits'.

If the single degree you're after is not one of the double degree, check with the faculty for the required grade average for transfer.

I'm a bit late, although August is probably too late to transfer this year anyway.

Usually, very easy. You wouldn't need high grades at all, probably like a 60. If it's just a regular degree that is, say Arts/Sci -> Sci. If its something special like nutrition or radiology, it might be a fair bit different.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL TRANNIES

ahahahaha nah, its just too late for mid-year transfers! End of year ones are due right before exams or in the midst of exam period depending on the faculty you're applying for

Just to clarify i meant too late to change so you wind up in a different course this year. You can apply now (probably) to start in a new course semester 1 next year of course.

Thanks for the advice everyone. Just another quick question, I'm not enjoying uni all that much and really want to leave. I'm wanting to do consulting after uni, (obviously not straight out) and was wondering: would an internal transfer from bachelor of business(management)/bachelor of business(marketing) to bachelor of commerce majoring in marketing with the additional possibility of honours (probably not) help me get into consulting? I know double degrees are good for consulting, but management is meant to be a bit of a useless degree and I was thinking commerce may be a bit better for consulting, plus it drops a year off at uni.

Thanks.
