just wondering what types of questions will be asked
teach won't give us practice sacs because the questions on it are apparently similar to our actual sac
any questions from past sacs or sacs done this year?

you have probs had your sac but my sac was on how did you improve certain components and why?

Explain how you implemented training principles to your training program.
Explain and justify why you improved or why you didn't improve
