Monash Campus Masterplans

Was having a look around the Monash website and I ended up here: Masterplan - Monash University. I've read through the PDFs for Clayton campus, and I think it looks really good based on the plans and primary illustrations. It's a long way off though, supposed to be completely complete by 2030 LOL


Has anyone here had a look through this before? Seems like they're (thankfully) trying to make the campus more aesthetically pleasing.

Thoughts? Also, how the hell are they going to pay for all this?
