Can someone help me answer these questions?

1. 'The adversary system of trial has some serious weaknesses. In civil matters the inquisitorial system would be more effective.' Discuss the views expressed in this statement. (10 marks)

2. It has been suggested that the right to trial by jury in criminal cases should be limited. Giving reasons, evaluate this suggestion. (8 marks)

3. Various suggestions have been made to replace or modify the present system of trial by jury. Critically examine two of these suggestions. (6 marks)

4. Critically evaluate the workings of the adversary system of trial. (10 marks)
