Text response essay can you semi-agree with the prompt?

In a text response essay can you semi-agree with the prompt, for example a response where you agree but also believe there are other factors and you write on these?????

Yep, I'd go as far as to say that try to never completely or disagree with any topic. Always try to partially agree or disagree to show that broader and deeper understanding.
