Congrats on finishing one of the more difficult exams you'll ever do, and congrats on completing 13 years of formal English education! Unless of course you're also doing EL or Literature.

...now go study for something else!

Well done, everyone! How good does it feel to have that over and done with?

How did everyone find the exam? I reckon your LA was pretty good - pretty simple to pick out a lot of the contention and tone right from the outset.

EDIT: Holy crap, the prompts for 12 Angry Men and Identity and Belonging were incredible! Hope any if you who did these capitalised on them!

I didn't use either of those (I had Year of Wonders and Encountering Conflict) but I agree, the topics I had were a lot better than I anticipated :)

LA indeed had a lot. Some of my classmates commented that they tried to pick out too many things, and got side tracked ;;

But yeah, it's oveeer! With 4-5 more exams for each of us >< But that's another day

Surprisingly, I've heard this from quite a lot of people. It really wasn't that complex, but the volume was quite big. This is the only essay I'm not too comfortable about.

Overall, i think i did pretty good. Haha best moment in our exam was when Katy Perry 'Roar' played out loud for like 4mins over the speaker, the examiner was like duh hell man! priceless moment :P
I can only wish for the best now its done. Now to study for Biology for tomorrow ahaah cheers and special thanks to all the admins and people who helped others for this exam.

Not that relieved. Straight to Further Maths study today.

Congratulations but everyone, it's far from over. Only 20% of our exams have been completed.

If you have three exams in a day, can't you reschedule one of them?

That's what I thought, but its wayyyy to late now. It had to be done by sometime in June. The VCE Coordinator at the school should have noticed it. =/

"conflict of conscience can be just as difficult as conflict between people"

Thought the conflict prompt was very good having recently done "internal conflict is worse than external conflict" in a prac exam, Id be a bit worried that some amount of the state didn't know what conscience was though.
