the first page had a list of texts and you had to shade your text to indicate which text you were writing on

Wait shit guys, was there a box to shade that showed which text you were doing for text response? Or was there just the prompt?

yeah at the top of the first response page for section A, you had to shade either i. or ii.

good to know i'm not the only one who forgot ahah, hopefully its nothing too bad.

I remember shading what text im doing but not the prompt.

If you want. You're not going to be the only person in the state that's forgotten (as evidenced above), it's something people overlook every year and they have ways of dealing with it. It's not something I'd be worrying over.

Actually I thought they wanted it shaded in pencil, but near the end I was just like "I cannot be bothered putting down my pen and picking up a pencil, shading then putting it down and picking up my pen again."

Yeah, don't worry, I'm sure that VCAA and your examiners will figure it out.

I wasn't sure if we we're meant to shade the boxes in pen or pencil. But in the top right corner, it says "USE BLUE OR BLACK PEN", so I'm like okay pen it is then!

You can call up VCAA if you want! My boyfriend didn't shade any the boxes on his physics exam (is it multiple choice? I don't do physics so not really sure) but he called up and they did it for him.

Pretty sure if they're really confused they even make an attempt to contact you. They aren't just going to give you a zero for that section, after all.

I didn't shade in the box for my TR either. No problems at all. Don't stress!

This is sort of related - I had gotten an extra exam booklet whilst doing Section C, and I accidentally wrote my Secion A piece in Exam Booklet 2. When I realized this I spoke to the adjudicator and wrote in Section A of Exam Booklet 1 "See Exam Booklet 2". Do you think that'll be okay? :/
