that seems pretty low for an A+ cutoff
You're probably right. We'll just have to wait and see.

Ahh Fudge I ended up one mark away from perfect in the multiple choice.

Anyway, the question I got wrong was 5. It was the one with that diagram. I cut it down to either a carbohydrate or nucleic acid. But then thought it would be a nucleic acid because of the phosphate, sugar and nitrogen bases being present.

Can someone please explain this to me??

The monomers are hexose sugars, nucleotides have pentose sugars.
Nucleic acids will also have nitrogenous bases (A, C, G, T or U), but this doesn't have any
It's just one mark man, don't worry about it  :D

Considering I suck at biology and average around a C to C  for my SACs and probably a D  or C for my exam, would I still be able to get about a 25 ?

I reckon you can. I was looking at the grade distributions and a C+ in an average mark. So people that get a C+ get a study score of 30. So by looking at that you should comfortably get 25 if you get a C or D in your exam.

for genetic screen question, could you say that the individual was a carrier of the gene for the disease but was heterogeneous so did not phenotypically express the trait (the disease)

I said something along these lines, I've just assumed that I lost the marks at this point but then again I have no idea if they'll accept it.

This exam has a lot of questions like these where a variety of answers are acceptable. I think this should be fine. :)
