I need a second opinion on this question!

Some typical dodgy IT Apps practice exam had the following multiple choice question:
Question 1
A technician locks the door to server room and uses fingerprint recognition to access
the server.
This security is an example of
A. physical and biometric.
B. electronic and physical.
C. biometric and biometric.
D. electronic and electronic.

Apparently the answer is B, however surely a door lock is 'Physical' (obviously it could be an electronic lock, but when I think of door lock, I think key and keyhole?)

Yeah, I'd argue for A. There's nothing in the question to indicate that there's an electronic lock and fingerprint recognition would fall better under biometric security.

The answer is clearly A for the following reasons.

Fingerprint recognition is biometric security so the answer must contain that - cross off B and D.

We are left with A and C.

C is biometric and biometric. Well a door lock is either physical or electronic. Cross off C.

Physical locks, cameras, hungry guard dogs, etc.  falls under physical security. I'm guessing this was a typo.

Answer: A
